(1)Circulation cleaning: heat exchanger cooler online circulation cleaning.
(2) immersion cleaning: immersion 4-6 hours.

Cleaning process and related notes.
1. Block the cooler system and clean the water in the cooler.
2. Use high-pressure water to clean the sludge, algae and other impurities in the pipeline, and then close.
3. Install ball valves between the shut-off valve and heat exchanger, and install water inlet and water return.
4. Connect the transfer pump and connecting pipe so that the cleaner can be pumped from the bottom and top of the cooler.
When the heat transfer capacity of graphite cooler equipment decreases, it should be shut down for maintenance. If the equipment is seriously scaled, it can be cleaned by appropriate chemical methods; if the pipeline is blocked by crystals, it can be heated and melted for cleaning, and it is strictly prohibited to use mechanical methods.
When the equipment stops running, the remaining refrigerant and heat carrier should be emptied.
When stopping, the material that is easy to scale should be completely drained, and after stopping, the longitudinal holes should be cleaned from top to bottom using immersion liquid (or hot water) that can dissolve the crystals (or precipitates) and will not damage the graphite elements. It is strictly prohibited to raise or lower the temperature suddenly, so as not to damage the equipment. When the pressure of the conveying medium exceeds the use pressure of the equipment, a pressure-reducing device should be set up at the connecting pipe of the medium inlet.
