1, graphite cooler is cooling water or frozen brine cooling medium to be cooled; graphite condenser is mainly used for gaseous media condensation, the purpose is to condense the medium into liquid or condensed medium in the water vapor, the general equipment is equipped with enterprise separation device in the lower part. Graphite cooler equipment is mainly used to dilute and cool sulfuric acid made of impermeable graphite, it can also be used to dilute other liquid materials.
Graphite cooler consists of two parts: sulfuric acid diluter (also called acid mixer) and cooler with dilution heat. According to the type of structure can be divided into tubular graphite cooler, round block hole graphite cooler and combined graphite sulfuric acid dilution cooler three.
