Due to the excellent corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity of GH graphite manufacturing equipment, the floating head tube type graphite heat exchanger has developed into an independent system that can be adapted to different types of process conditions, different structural forms and different specifications.
Most graphite devices are made of opaque graphite, but some use slightly transparent graphite materials, such as HCL synthesis furnaces, while others are permeable, such as roller-type graphite vacuum filters, graphite filters, and toner-forming membranes.
Because the latter appeared later, especially transparent graphite devices did not appear until the 1970s, so it is customary to call graphite devices "graphite devices and ink devices". Combined with the form of mechanism, according to the role of the principle of classification of equipment: 1. Graphite heat exchanger function: wall heat transfer between two media, the structure of a variety of forms, such as tubular graphite heat exchanger, round hole graphite heat exchanger, etc.; 2. Graphite falling film absorber function: mass and heat transfer. Membrane absorption of soluble gases and transfer of heat absorption; 3. Combustion synthesis device function: combustion or synthesis of combustible substances. Synthesis, cooling and absorption can also be done in a device at the same time; 4. Graphite sulfuric acid dilution cooler function: dilution (cooling) of sulfuric acid and other media, dilution of heat (cold) can be transferred in a device at the same time; 5. Graphite tower equipment function: gas-liquid phase or liquid-liquid phase mass transfer equipment.
Including plate tower and packing tower; 6. Graphite pump equipment function: equipped with a power unit to transport liquids or generate negative pressure to pump other media; 7. Graphite mechanical equipment function: equipped with a power unit for mixing, reaction, concentration, evaporation, etc. 8. Transparent graphite equipment function: Carbon (or graphite) elements have micro-pores to allow the passage of one or part of the particles to prevent the passage of another or some other particles. Used for separation or filtration of gaseous or liquid media; 9. Graphite lining equipment function: graphite rotating, flat plate as an anti-corrosion lining equipment; 10. Graphite pipes and fittings function: conveying media and connecting equipment; 1. Graphite sealing material function: used for end sealing, packing sealing and flange sealing. 12. graphite in the cathode and protection system to protect the anode and cathode.

1. Heat transfer equipment function: wall heat transfer between two media, e.g.: tube and pipe type and block (plate) type graphite heat exchanger. Remarks: one-way or two-way corrosive media. 2. Mass transfer equipment function: absorption, evaporation, condensation, analysis, scrubbing, distillation, for example: graphite absorber, evaporator, condenser, graphite packed tower, bubble tower. And piping block (plate) such as block sulfuric acid dilution cooler. Remarks: most of the mass transfer equipment have heat transfer function. 3. reaction equipment function: synthesis, reaction, combustion and mixing. Examples: graphite HCL synthesis furnace, graphite three-in-one hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace, P2O5 hydration tower, HCL gas absorber.4. Classification equipment function: liquid-liquid separation or solid-liquid separation. Example: Scraper graphite film dryer. Remarks: usually need to be equipped with power supply equipment.5. Transmission.
