After chemical cleaning, add water and circulate several times until the water stops. In addition to the above cleaning methods, you can also choose the sponge ball active cleaning method.
How to correctly replace the pipes of graphite heat exchanger?
Graphite heat exchanger is used for a long time, and the graphite pipe is damaged. At this time, promptly check whether there is leakage. If there is a leak, it should be replaced in time. In my opinion, the general inspection method is to test the pressure of the pipe root first to see which pipe has a leak, but the leak detection efficiency is too low. For example, it takes five minutes to check the pipe of graphite heat exchanger, so it takes nearly two days to check the equipment.
Graphite heat exchangers can handle water in the pipe section. When the water level is between 50-100 millimeters, the valve on the exhaust pipe can be opened to discharge the water leaking into the shell section of the graphite heat exchanger. It is important to note at this point that the graphite tubes in the unit are easy to find. If there is a swirl in the water, plug it as soon as possible. Close the valve on the graphite heat exchanger exhaust pipe at the same time, and so on.
