Pre-production maintenance:Thermal expansion and contraction phenomenon will occur when the temperature drops during the start and stop of the rainwater, therefore, before production and operation, the graphite heat exchanger pressure springs should be pressurized and imprisoned, and the size of each pressure spring on the top of the heat exchanger should reach 140mm, in order to avoid leakage at the internal and external seals of the heat exchanger, and to ensure the success of the start and operation.
Planned parking maintenance:Firstly, the calcium chloride solution in the system should be discharged from the lowest part of the system for recycling; after the discharge is completed, hot water should be added to the system, and the graphite heat exchanger should be flushed with a circulating pump cycle and run at least twice until the heat exchanger is discharged with clean water.
