When the temperature of the graphite parts becomes uniform, slowly increase the pressure until it reaches the normal working pressure. The operation of the thermal process is very important. Operation process: first pass the cold carrier (material medium), and then pass the heat carrier (steam or hot water) after the equipment is filled; the heat carrier (steam or hot water) should be stopped when the machine is shut down, and then the equipment is cooled. The cold carrier (material medium) is not Regularly check the pH of the condensate, and periodically analyze the material composition on the tube side and the shell side to verify whether there is cross leakage.

Clean the debris in the process pipeline before the graphite heat exchanger starts to prevent blockage of graphite pores, minimize the number of equipment parking times, and extend the service life of the equipment. The larger the particle size of the graphite substrate, the smaller the bulk density of the material, the lower the mechanical strength, the larger the pores between the particles, the more through holes may be exposed when drilling, and the porosity will increase. In order to achieve the required compactness, the amount of impregnant will be increased, which will affect the quality of impregnation and the thermal conductivity of impermeable graphite. The greater the density, the greater the mechanical strength. Therefore, the use of high bulk density (fine particles, grade B) substrates, stop processing and consumption after soaking and heat treatment, high quality stability and safety, and good application effects. The graphite heat exchanger impregnant fills the voids in the graphite substrate. The type of impregnant will directly affect the corrosion resistance of impermeable graphite. The amount of impregnation will affect the temperature and corrosion resistance level of impermeable graphite. The impregnation vacuum is large and the pressure High, can reduce the number of dipping, the heat exchange effect is better than the traditional dipping process (3 dipping, 3 heat treatment).
